Christina Martin Kenny
Christina Martin Kenny has spent her career helping nonprofits break free of crisis-mode fundraising and build systems that actually hold up. As Founder of Guava Tree Strategies, she leads fundraising strategy and team development for nonprofits, from grassroots organizations to multi-entity national nonprofits building a development program from scratch, drawing on her own experience as a Development Team of 1.
Over years of hands-on consulting, Christina has built a reputation for turning stretched, under-resourced teams into confident, sustainable fundraising programs: one client saw individual donor contributions grow 246% year over year under her guidance.
Based in the D.C. area and working with nonprofits nationally, she's driven by the belief that good fundraising shouldn't come at the cost of your team, mission and people can both be well served.
