Meet Meghana. This high-schooler is the founder of Neurodiversity Horizons, a nonprofit that aims to increase public accommodation for people with disabilities. Neurodiversity Horizons has 22 international chapters (Switzerland, Australia, France, India, UK, South Africa, Canada, and all over the United States). She runs social media campaigns to generate awareness and launched a podcast that has been heard in more than 11 countries. She has spoken about this initiative at the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit to 5,000+ attendees. It’s an honor to celebrate the diversity of the human brain with this Gen-Z founder. We love her moxie and how she’s boldly making the change she wants to see in the world. We’re rooting for you Meghana!

Meet Kevin. Senior Vice President, Head of Social Impact and Equity at the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers. He believes everyone is part of the diversity and inclusion landscape. Through this approach, he has created results affecting representation and culture in the workplace, revenue from the marketplace, authentic community and fan engagement. It's no wonder he was named as one of the 2022 Good Humans Award winners by GoodWorld, which honors people who create a ripple of positive change in their community, at work, and beyond. 365. Good Humans of 2022: JJ Velasquez
Meet JJ. He has worked tirelessly to redefine the humanity of people incarcerated. Even while spending 24 years incarcerated for a crime he didn’t commit, he seized every opportunity to learn, lead, support, and give to others. This fierce advocate for justice holds many titles including son, dad and grandpa. He’s co-founder of Voices From Within, which created an educational program that is being used to address gun violence in New York City. He’s also the Program Director and Partnership Coordinator at The Frederick Douglass Project for Justice. Additionally, he’s a certified paralegal who has worked with NBC Producer Dan Slepian to help several innocent men obtain exonerations. It’s a true privilege to witness his love of humanity.
