ImpactUp is our quarterly global activation of the We Are For Good community — one theme, one day, one worldwide gathering of changemakers. It kicks off with a virtual keynote and conversation, then ripples out to local meetups hosted by community members in cities around the world.
This time, we're taking a collective Pause. A space to slow down, reflect, and recalibrate. Leave with rest reframed as fuel for your mission, not a detour from it.

The work of change is relentless, but burnout doesn't have to be inevitable. ImpactUp: Pause gives individuals, and the organizations they lead, permission to build wellness into the way they work, not just the moments they escape it.

Investing in rest is something each of us has to keep choosing, again and again, week after week, project after project. Pause is for learning something new, reflecting on what's real for you, and bringing a few things back to try on in your own routine.
